This shift in technology has lead me to believe that small business owners no longer have to purchase expensive phone or server systems, especially now that I have seen larger companies use the same technology that is now available to us, the small businesses in Minnesota. The large companies have spent much time and money researching and testing these communication technologies, shouldn’t we benefit from the work they have done already?

Small businesses should have email, phone and data storage systems that enable them to be affordable, flexible and reliable.
